📅 Duration: 6 Months

⏰ Total Hours: 200 HRS of immersive training

🗣️ Embodiment Calls: 3 Live calls a month plus recorded modules

💻 Monthly Call: Optional office hours for questions, or practice.

🌬️ Breathwork Journeys: Live weekly Breathwork Journeys for you to go through or deepen your own healing process.

📚 Practicum: Hands on practice facilitating with feedback from peers and myself.
