What This Journey Is

This is not a performance.
It’s not about pushing past your edges or forcing an emotional release.

This is a safe, grounded, embodied experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We’ll begin by opening the space with ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that gently supports emotional awareness, clarity, and connection. From there, you’ll be guided through a trauma-informed breathwork journey that honors your body’s pace, capacity, and wisdom.

Everything offered is invitational.
You are always in choice.
Your safety comes first.

What You May Experience

Each person’s journey is unique, but many participants report:

  • A deep sense of calm and nervous system regulation

  • Emotional release without overwhelm

  • Clarity, insight, or a feeling of “coming back into the body”

  • Softening of stress, anxiety, or emotional weight

  • A sense of grounded connection and inner steadiness

Some experiences are subtle. Others are profound.
Both are equally valid.

Why Breathwork + Cacao

Breath is one of the most direct ways we can communicate safety to the body. When guided with intention and care, it allows stored stress and emotions to move without retraumatization.

Cacao works alongside the breath to gently open the heart, increase presence, and support emotional integration. Together, they create a powerful yet grounded container for healing, reflection, and reconnection.

This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about remembering that nothing about you was ever broken.

Space is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and safety.

A Note From Chelsea

My work is rooted in safety, embodiment, and compassion. I believe healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and allowed to move at our own pace. You don’t have to go anywhere or become anything in this space, you simply get to be.

If your body has been whispering for rest, presence, or release, this may be your invitation.

Reserve Your Spot

Spaces are limited and often fill quickly.
If you feel the nudge, trust it.
