1. PROGRAM DETAILS
The Breathwork Facilitator Training Program ("Program") is a 5-month training, held from
April 2026 - August 2026
Training Schedule:
● Weekly Mandatory Training Sessions
● Guided Breathwork Journeys twice a month
Participant must attend at least one journey live per month or watch the replay.
● Office Hours once a month
● Full Weekend Intensives
(Exact times to be announced closer to the dates.)
Practicum Requirements:
Participant will be required to complete all practicum hours as discussed in the kickoff call in
order to graduate and receive certification.
If Participant misses a live session, a Google Form must be completed to report the absence
and demonstrate accountability.
2. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
By clicking "I agree", Participant agrees to:
● Attend and participate in all mandatory live sessions or fulfill the minimum replay
requirements as outlined.
● Complete all practicum hours as required for certification.
● Show up as a leader, fully committed to their own learning and the collective
experience.
● Maintain an open mind, even when information feels familiar or previously known.
● Take personal responsibility for reaching out to the Facilitator if additional support is
needed.
(Note: The Facilitator is not responsible for chasing down non-responsive Participants.)
3. PAYMENT TERMS
● There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances once enrolled, including but not limited to personal, financial, scheduling, or health reasons. If participant withdrawals from the program participant is still obligated to make remaining payments.
● Failure to complete the program, attend sessions, or fulfill certification requirements does not entitle Participant to any refund or reduction in fees.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, techniques, meditations, recordings, manuals, teachings, and any other Program
content are the intellectual property of the Facilitator.
Participant agrees:
● NOT to reproduce, resell, teach, license, or redistribute any Program content in
whole or in part for commercial purposes without written permission.
● To create their own unique breathwork offerings, honoring their own style while
upholding the standards of safety and integrity taught in the Program.
5. CERTIFICATION
Certification will only be awarded upon:
● Full completion of all required hours and assignments.
● Demonstration of understanding and competency in facilitating safe breathwork
sessions.
● Adherence to the ethical guidelines discussed during the Program.
Certification does not guarantee employment, business success, or client acquisition.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Participant understands that breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that may bring up emotional, mental, and physical responses. Participant agrees to:
● Assume full responsibility for their own well-being throughout the Program.
● Notify the Facilitator of any health conditions or concerns prior to participation.
● Seek appropriate medical or psychological care if necessary.
Participant releases the Facilitator from any liability for injuries, emotional distress, or other
outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participant agrees to uphold:
● Respectful communication.
● Confidentiality regarding sensitive material shared within the group.
● Ethical responsibility in representing breathwork teachings after certification.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Program without refund.
8. MISCELLANEOUS
● No Waiver: Failure by Facilitator to enforce any part of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver.
● Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
● Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].
