What to Expect at a Breathwork Event:
Breathwork events are guided experiences designed to help you feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the entire session.
Most sessions include:
Arrival & Grounding
We begin with a short introduction and grounding practice to help you settle into the space and understand the breathing technique.
Guided Breathwork Journey
You will be guided through a specific breathing pattern while lying down comfortably. Music supports the experience while you are coached and supported throughout the journey.
Rest & Integration
After the active breathing portion, there is time for rest, reflection, and integration so your nervous system can fully process the experience.
Optional Sharing & Connection
Many events end with an opportunity to share or connect with others, though sharing is always optional.
**No experience is required. You will be guided step-by-step, and you are always in control of your pace and depth of the experience. Most people leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to themselves.
