Free breathwork challenge · October 1–10, 2026
Connect. Pause. Return.
You spend so much of your day showing up for everyone else. Let’s make a little room for you.
Join me for 10 days of breath practices and small, meaningful actions to reconnect with your body, pause amid everyday demands, and practice returning to yourself.
You don’t need a perfect routine. You need a place to begin.
Free registration opens September 20.
No breathwork experience needed.
When life gets lifey
Maybe you start the week with good intentions, then your morning practice disappears. Your needs move to the bottom of the list. You tell yourself you’ll start again Monday.
Or maybe you’re getting everything done, but you miss feeling connected to yourself while you do it.
Coming Back to Life is an invitation to practice something smaller and more sustainable.
A pause. A breath. One choice that makes room for you.
Something you can return to, even when your day looks nothing like you planned.
Your daily CPR
Notice your body, your breath, and what you need today.
Create a little space before moving into the next demand.
Choose one small way to show up for yourself.
What’s inside
01 · Breathe
A daily breath practice exploring themes like listening to your body, softening pressure, receiving support, and remembering what helps you feel more alive.
02 · Bring it into life
A manageable invitation to pause, make space for a need, welcome a moment of joy, or keep a small promise to yourself.
03 · Reflect
A simple way to reflect on your experience and encourage someone else to make room for themselves, too.
You’re welcome to breathe naturally, keep your eyes open, adjust your participation, or stop at any time. The shorter practice counts.
Meet your guide
I know the pattern of being consistent with my business while my own practices disappear, or caring for myself while feeling like I’m falling behind everywhere else.
I’ve been learning that making room for both means allowing my practices to change with my capacity.
After a long night at the emergency vet, my full nighttime routine became wiping off my makeup, brushing my teeth, and reading in bed for 10 minutes. The next morning, I chose a walk instead of strength training.
Those smaller choices still mattered. I was still showing up for myself.
As a breathwork facilitator and founder of Embodied Breath Academy, I want to help you explore your own version of that return. One that fits your life and honors where you are today.
