In this phase, we begin by slowing everything down.

You start to understand how your nervous system actually works and why you feel the way you do. Not from a place of fixing, but from a place of awareness and compassion.

Through gentle breathwork and simple grounding practices, you begin creating safety in your body. Not just in your mind, but in a way you can actually feel.

As your body begins to feel safer, it naturally softens what it has been holding onto.

This is where we begin to release.

You will start to notice the patterns, emotions, and tension you have been carrying, often without realizing it. Not to force them out, but to gently allow them to move.

Through breathwork and somatic practices, you begin to process emotions in a way that feels safe and supported.

What once felt heavy begins to shift. You may notice more openness, more ease, and a sense that you are no longer carrying everything alone.
