Every session is one hour. Here's how it flows from the moment you join to the moment you leave.

Grounding & Intention Setting
We open the space together. You arrive, settle in, and set a quiet intention for what you're bringing into the session. No pressure, no performance. Just landing.

The Breathwork Journey
30-40 minutes of guided conscious connected breathing. You follow the rhythm. Your body does the rest. This is where the real work happens, below the thinking mind.

Integration & Space to Share
We close gently. You have space to share what came up, ask questions, or just sit in the quiet of what just happened. Nothing is required. Everything is welcome.

72-Hour Replay Access
Can't make the live? Sign up anyway. The recording is yours for 72 hours so you can drop in on your time. The breath works just as powerfully on replay.

Chelsea is the founder of Embodied Breath Academy and has guided hundreds of breathwork journeys across virtual sessions, in person events, and retreats. She brings warmth, safety, and deep knowing to every room she facilitates.
Kelli Pagel
EBA Certified Breathwork Facilitator
Kelli is a certified breathwork facilitator who trained through Embodied Breath Academy. She believes breathwork is an amazing tool for healing, transformation, and deeper self-connection. Her intuitive, compassionate presence helps clients feel grounded, empowered, and safe.
Ryan McNamara
EBA Certified Breathwork Facilitator
Ryan found breathwork during one of the most challenging seasons of his life and experienced firsthand how profoundly it can shift what words alone cannot reach.
